The Files section is your central library for all the assets used across your AudioStack projects — audio files, documents, and images. You can access it by clicking Files in the left-hand sidebar.
The Files List
Your files are displayed in a table with four columns: File Name, Type, Category, and Date Uploaded. Files can be organised into folders, which you'll see listed with a folder icon.
Use the Search in files bar at the top to find a specific file or folder by name.
Filtering by File Type
The left-hand panel lets you filter your library by type. The available categories are:
All — everything in your library
Audio — all audio files, with subcategories for Media, Music, Sound Effect, and Voice
Document
Image
Each category shows a file count in brackets, so you can see at a glance how many assets you have of each type.
Uploading a File
There are two ways to upload files:
Drag and drop — drag a file directly into the upload area in the bottom-left panel and drop it
Browse — click Browse File in the same panel to select a file from your computer
You can also click the File Upload button in the top-right corner of the page.
Tips
Use the type filters on the left to quickly narrow down large libraries — especially useful if you're looking for a specific voice file or music track among hundreds of assets.
Folders are a great way to keep files organised by client or campaign — if your team uploads a lot of assets, agreeing on a folder naming convention early saves a lot of searching later.
