What is AudioStack?
We are an end to end AI audio production solution, enabling full automation of the creation of audio content. We make it possible for Media Companies/Brands to have 10x the volume at 10% of the cost.
AudioStack is not just an AI voice provider, we manage and automate the entire production process including content, voice, production and delivery. The AudioStack API can create 3 single audio ad templates from a simple product description in less than 20s.
AudioStack enables our clients to make complex audio production needs such as dynamic creative, personalization and localization incredibly simple and incredibly fast.
How many stock voices are available in AudioStack?
1,700+ TTS (Text to Speech) and STS (Speech to Speech), across all languages and accents. Accents is still an area which is growing and accelerating.
Why do you work with multiple voice providers and which are included?
We allow our clients to have a single entry point across a large catalogue of voice providers to a) standardize voices as AudioStack has build a standardization level across all voice providers enabling a unified production approach and b) to futureproof our clients business and have the largest and best AI voice library available at their fingers tips.
AudioStack can also transfer voices of your client into the AudioStack organization, especially if they are voice clones or brand specific voices.
AudioStack can also transfer AI voices or voice providers in case this is needed for a client/brand.
Are the stock voices (voices available in AudioStack’s library) in AudioStack free to use for commercial purposes?
All of the voices that are listed as “Public” can be used for commercial purposes without any limitation per distribution channel or geography. When using private voices (usually voice clones) you should always make sure to speak to the responsible/admin of your AudioStack account to confirm that the voice you are intending to choose is ok to use before you create any audio.
Are the stock music tracks in AudioStack free to use for commercial purposes?
All of the stock music tracks that are listed as “Public” can be used for commercial purposes without any limitation per distribution channel or geography. When using private music / sound designs you should always make sure to speak to the responsible/admin of your AudioStack account to confirm that the track you are intending to choose is ok to use before you create any audio. Music rights can be complicated, please take that into account when dealing with sound files you have uploaded to AudioStack.
When cloning a voice, who is responsible for owning the rights?
When cloning a voice on AudioStack you must have the written consent of the talent whose recording you are using to clone a voice and will be asked to confirm that during the voice cloning process.
If my organisation (my company's account within AudioStack) uses client provided content (scripts, prompts, voices, etc) within AudioStack, how do we ensure that the client content will not be included or used to fine tune or train AI Models? In AudioStack we use several partners/vendors that help us build scalable audio so it depends a little on what you will work on.
If you’re providing scripts and create versions out of them the data will not be shared with any Large Language Model. It will however be needed to render any synthetic voices, which will happen using one of our 15 voice providers through an API call.
The same goes for cloning a voice: The recordings will have to be handed over to the voice provider in order to build the model. That voice model can be withdrawn at any moment.
Obviously, we have contracts in place with all of our partners but we do have to adhere to their terms. Our partners have repeatedly confirmed that they will anonymise the data and delete it once the job has been concluded. We don’t realistically have control over that but just like us, these providers adhere to security and data protection protocols, such as SOC2, GDPR, C2PA, etc.
Would my company, as a user, have its own instance of AudioStack, that doesn't externally share content/learnings developed outside our account?
Yes, your organisation would have its own account. Any content, private voices and media files (such as sound effects, jingles or music beds) are stored separately from any other accounts and can’t be accessed by anybody who isn't a member of said account.
On top of that you can also create sub organisations, which will do the same thing within your account. This means you can create a sub account per client. Lastly, you can also authorise users to see/use or not see/use any cloned voices, private files, etc.
What security and safety measures does AudioStack have in place?
AudioStack is an enterprise solution with the highest safety and security protocol. We are SOC2 certified, GDPR certified and TCF2.0 certified. AudioStack is an IAB member and operates within EU GDPR rules.
AudioStack has also built their own proprietary auto fix functionality which automatically catches any voice hallucinations.
We also deploy extensive human quality controlled checks for all of our creative outputs. You can contact support@audiostack.ai with any queries to get advice on any bugs or inconsistencies you have found.
How does AudioStack make sure that content and phrases or names - script, city, location etc is being pronounced correctly?
AudioStack built a dictionary feature which allows to set specific pronunciation up top. You can also spell words phonetically and each dynamic creative line will also be QAd by human to ensure extra security and highest quality standard
