Getting Started
Firstly, go to production.audiostack.ai log in. When you log in, you will land on the Projects page. This is your main workspace, where you can see all projects in your organization, create new ones, and access important settings.
From this page, click on your organization's name in the top-left corner to reveal your Organisation ID and a Setup button. Click Setup to access organisation settings.
Navigating the Setup Area
Once inside Setup, you will see two options in the left-hand panel:
Manage Organization — invite and manage users, and configure language settings
Organization Metrics — view usage and activity data for your organization
Inviting New Users
In the Setup area, click Manage Organization in the left panel (this is selected by default).
Your organization profile will appear at the top, showing your organization name, number of active users, and Organization ID.
Click the Team Members tab to view your current user list.
Click the + New User button in the top-right corner of the table.
Complete the required details for the new user and confirm.
Tip: You can add multiple users at once by pasting a list of email addresses.
The table displays each user's name, email address, role, date created, and last API activity. Users with a Pending status have been invited but have not yet completed their registration.
Note: You can manage existing users using the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of each row.
Configuring Language and Accent Settings (coming soon)
In the Setup area, click Manage Organization in the left panel.
Click the Language and Accent tab.
Use the Language dropdown to select your organisation's preferred language.
Use the Accent dropdown to select the preferred accent (for example, British).
These settings apply at the organization or team level and will affect all users within your organization or team.
Viewing Organization Metrics
In the Setup area, click Organization Metrics in the left panel.
Review the usage and activity data available for your organisation.
You can also download metrics as a CSV (for example, to open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
