How to use InstantCreative

A complete guide to AudioStack's creative automation tools

Updated over 3 weeks ago

🎯 Tutorial Outcomes

In the next 30 minutes, you’ll learn how to:

  • Turn a product description or script into a fully produced audio ad

  • Instruct the AI creative engine to shape the content that is created

  • Make simple edits to your ad

This guide explains how to create, customize, and finalize audio ads using AudioStack. Whether you start with a finished script or just a basic product description, the process is designed to be fast and flexible. To get started, simply go to instantad.audiostack.ai and log in.

Generate Your First Draft

To create an ad, you begin by briefing AudioStack’s AI ad engine. You can start in one of two ways.

📝 Use Existing Script

If you already have a script prepared, paste it directly into the script text box. This is useful when copy has already been written or approved.

💡 Quick Create

If you do not have a script, describe your product or service. The AI will generate a script based on the information you provide.

Writing a Strong Product Description

Your description should clearly explain what the product is and why it matters. Think of it as a short summary that highlights value.

Do:

– Describe what the product does.

– Explain who it is for.

– Mention key benefits or unique features.

– Use at least 15–20 meaningful words.

Don’t:

– Add filler or meaningless text.

– Paste only a URL.

– Use special characters or emojis.

– Mix multiple languages.

Once you have entered your script or description, click the blue magic wand button. AudioStack will generate up to three ad variations in just a few seconds. You can repeat this process as many times as you like.

To preview each version, click the blue play button next to the waveform.

If you want to adjust the script, voice, or music, click Edit.

Ad Settings

When creating an ad, AudioStack automatically suggests elements such as duration, tone of voice, and sound design based on your content. You can accept these suggestions or adjust them to suit your needs.

Voice Options

You can allow the AI to select a voice automatically, or choose one yourself from the voice library.

If you let the AI choose, you can guide the selection by specifying: – Accent (for example, American, Brazilian, Cockney) – Tone (confident, conversational, informative) – Gender – Whether to enable “expressive voices”

Expressive voices use advanced voice models to create more natural and realistic intonation. In most cases, leaving this option on will improve the overall quality of the ad.

If you prefer to select manually, you can browse and filter the voice library to find a voice that fits your message.

Music Options

You can:
– Select a mood (such as happy, energetic, chilled)
– Choose not to use music
– Pick a track from the cleared sound library
– Upload your own soundbed

Smart Fit is available for background music. When enabled, Smart Fit automatically adjusts the music to match the exact length of your ad. This prevents abrupt fade-outs and creates a more natural ending. It works with both uploaded tracks and AudioStack’s sound templates. Because it requires additional processing, generation may take slightly longer when this feature is on.

Length Options

You can choose to:
– Lock the ad to a specific duration
– Allow the script to be read at its natural pace

If you are starting from a product description, you can generate ads at 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40 seconds. This helps the AI structure the script appropriately for that timeframe.

After the first draft is created, you can make more detailed adjustments to timing if needed.

Versions

By default, three versions of your ad are generated if you’re starting from a product description. This allows you to compare different approaches and select the one you prefer. You can change the number of versions before generating if required.

Further Customization and Editing

Click Edit to access full editing controls.

You can:
– Modify the script
– Change the voice
– Swap the music or sound template
– Add multiple voices
– Insert pauses and sound effects
– Adjust pronunciation using speech-to-speech tools

Adding Pauses and Sound Effects

To insert a pause or sound effect, place your cursor where you want it in the script and click the appropriate button in the toolbar.

Each inserted element appears as a badge within the script. Click the badge to adjust the pause duration or modify the sound effect.

Multi-Voice Ads

To create a conversational format, press Enter to split the script into separate lines. Alternatively, click the plus icon to add a new line. You can then assign a different speaker to each line. This is useful for dialogue-style ads or interviews.

Speech-to-Speech

Speech-to-speech allows you to influence how a line is delivered.

Select the line, choose “Add Recording,” and record your voice in the recording booth. The system will use your recording as a reference for tone and pronunciation.

Finalizing Your Ad

After making edits, click the blue magic wand button again to regenerate and preview the updated version.

Downloading and Sharing Your Ad

Once your ad is finalized, you can download it by clicking the Download button. This will export the audio file so it can be used in campaigns, presentations, or distribution platforms.

If you would like to share the ad without sending a file, click Share to generate a public link. This link allows others to listen to the ad directly.

Saving and Managing Projects

Each ad session is automatically saved in your Projects area. This means you can return to it later without losing your work.

To rename a session, go to the sidebar, click the three dots next to the project name, and select Rename.

Project sessions can be accessed and edited by anyone in your organisation who has access to the production console. This makes collaboration straightforward across teams.

Advanced Editing for Creative Teams

For more detailed control, creative teams can use the Pro Editing feature. This allows for more precise adjustments beyond the standard editing tools, making it easier to refine timing, structure, and overall sound design at a granular level.
